II) WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Analyze customer brief: Understand the brand's sponsorship needs, communication and business goals to propose suitable solutions.
• Customize proposal & sponsorship package: Design flexible sponsorship packages based on customer requirements, combining event inventory, media, KOL/KOC and brand activation solutions.
• Build sponsorship strategy: Advise and propose sponsorship strategies in line with brand orientation, helping customers optimize investment value.
• Coordinate with internal teams: Work closely with Sales, Creative, Media, and Event teams to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed sponsorship packages.
• Optimize sponsorship solutions: Propose improvements based on customer feedback and market trends to improve the quality of sponsorship products.
• Prepare sales documents: Coordinate with Sales team to develop standard proposals, guidelines and consulting documents for customers.
• Pitching support & customer consulting: Join with Sales/BD in the pitching process, present sponsorship solutions and answer customer questions.

III) WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• 3-5 years of experience in Account planning, Brand & Marketing
• Understanding of sponsorship marketing, integrated communications (IMC), digital marketing and brand activation.
• Ability to build logical, convincing proposals, present clearly, attractively and strategically.
• Able to pitch to clients, advise and answer professional questions.
