A) Responsibilities
1. Business development leader (70%)

• Developing growth strategies and plans
• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
• Increasing client base
• Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
• Writing business proposals
• Negotiating with stakeholders
• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
• Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
• Following industry trends locally and internationally
• Drafting and reviewing contracts
• Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
• Coaching the team

2. Digital media planner (30% optional)

• Collecting market data
• Developing audience personas (how to link)
• Defining key campaign KPIs & optimization approach to achieve set KPIs
• Creating/ Presenting /Pitching campaign ideas and budget to client

B) Requirements

• High-level communication skills
• Conflict resolution skills
• Ability to self-motivate and motivate others in a team
• Experience in working towards and exceeding targets
• Strong analytical, research, and quantitative skills
• In-depth knowledge of ad platform (GDN, Youtube, Facebook ad…); knowledge of Admicro’s media products and solutions (optional)
• Fluency in English
