Currently, VCCorp needs additional human resources into the team of more than 2000 young people, we are recruiting the following position

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assisted the Project Manager in implementing internal knowledge digitization projects, including ADM Knowledge Hub and the ARC program.
• Monitored project progress and coordinated with cross-functional teams (Sales, Account, Tech) to ensure tasks were executed according to plan.
• Supported the enhancement of Knowledge Hub, adding AI Q&A functionality and collecting/standardizing onboarding materials for Sales and Account teams.
• Assisted in piloting the ARC program for the Sales team to standardize organizational knowledge and shorten the onboarding time for new employees.
• Prepared reports and managed project documentation and records.

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• More than 2-4 years experience of Project management, projects about training knowledge/ data research/ internal development
• Ability to organize, plan, manage projects and arrange work logically.
• Experienced in reports synthesis
• Experienced in presentations
• Good-looking appearance, excellent communication skills
• Good command of English
