Creative Manager

WHAT ROLE WILL YOU PLAY

Creative Manager is responsible for the creative product and for the client relationship, demonstrating its ability to relate the creative solution to amplify the results or the business needs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Understand creative briefs and job scope required, identify missing info/unclear statements and instructions within the brief; forecast workflow, assess future needs and identify resources to align with needs.
• Catch up the trend of the market to be trending always and creative in design & content; prioritizes and selects appropriate resources for all digital assignments
• Knowledge of each step of the creative campaign's process to give creatives direction, work on schedule and meet client's business expectations.
• Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and challenges
• Proactively communicate project status in a clear and timely manner to creative team members and other key stakeholders as needed. 
• Coordinate with content/Graphic Design/Studio team to develop creative ideas and implement projects for brand communication. 
• Monitor progress of creative projects, from briefing to execution.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• At least 3 years of working experience in Creative role at Digital/Creative agencies with a proven track record in creative ideas for commercial needs, new business wins and/or award conversions
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
• Solid knowledge & thorough understanding of Digital Industry. 
• Fresh, original thinker, experienced challenger
• Has the natural ability to lead, and inspire, a team of creative, innovative and open-minded angels who are creative beyond the creative department
• Innovative, with aesthetic taste and ability to understand customers and capable of working under high pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill to communicate effectively with internal and external people
