Client Service Manager

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Be a contact point between customers and the company/internal team
• Receive customers / projects from the line manager
• Participate in brief, debrief assessments, working directly with clients to secure the necessary information and documentation for planning, bidding & implementation
• Participate in making proposal with team account when necessary; quotes on each participating project.
• Coordinate with team account & team operation to monitor the progress of proposal submission
• Take care of customers, ensure the progress of the project according to commitment
• Acceptance, liquidate the project when completeds, and reconcile customer wishes with project implementation.
• Create a marketing strategy to generate leads.
• Make plan (proposal) according to the coordinated project of Director/BOD for specific customers/projects; participate in project implementation when necessary.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Having 3+ year experience in Digital Marketing & Advertising is prioritized.
• Thinking creatively, combining self-ideas and the company's products in each advertising campaign effectively.
• Being able to synthesize and analyze issues.
• Being proficient in office informatics: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and software required for work.
• Being responsible and able to work overtime when required.
• Leadership and management skills are necessary significant elements.
