Account Executive (Social Listening Services)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Support and answer questions for customers during the process of using the tool/using the service

- Implement research services

- Maintain & test tool: check errors & check data quality on the tool

- Work with technical department to fix bugs & upgrade tool features

- Collect customers feedback after service implementation

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

- At least 6 months of experience in Account

- Have experience in customer care, especially service using tools

- Knowledge of Social Listening tools is an advantage

- Used Social Listening tools to conduct research or report is an advantage

- Strong communication and interpersonal skill to communicate effectively with customers
