Account Executive (Internet Listening)

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Responsible of the end to end project management from client briefing to report delivery
• Ensure timely delivery of information and research approach to the clients.
• Co-ordinate the execution of projects and handles other departments responsible of the data collection and processing.
• Work on the analysis and interpretation of results, provides feedback to clients and writes reports and recommendations
• Quality control the research process and output deliverable
• Assist Account Manager on meeting clients to deliver research results
• Handle clients enquirers in instantaneous manner
• Go beyond your expected duties to satisfy clients’ research needs

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Having 6+ months of experience in Digital Marketing/Advertising, social listening is preferable.
• Thinking creatively, combining self ideas and our products in each advertising campaign effectively.
• Being able to synthesize and analyze issues.
• Being proficient in office informatics: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and software required for work.
• Being responsible and able to work overtime when required.
