1. Job description 

• Admicro / VCcorp representatives to meet clients to learn and receive requests for communication / advertising of customers focusing in the FMCG industry. 

•  Coordinate with relevant departments to research and find out customers' wishes and goals 

•  Develop an overall strategy, implementation plan, develop media / advertising projects to achieve revenue targets as required by the board of directors. 

•  Directly coordinating, participating in bidding for communication projects at the request of the Board of Directors 

• Recruit, train, orient human resources to perform the job 

•  Monitoring the effectiveness of the project and related personnel 

•  Report directly to the BOM and fulfill other requests assigned by the BOM. 

2. Requirement

•  Graduated from University / Master in Marketing, Business, Management 

•  Minimum 3-5 years in the position of Marketing Manager / IMC Manager, with priority in the field of FMCG 

•  Understanding of Medical / Pharmaceutical market and deep knowledge of marketing / branding 

•  Ability to withstand high work pressure, stick to sales targets. 

•  Good management and planning skills 

•  Communication skills, teamwork, good networking, analytical / presentation / convincing skills 

•  Fluent in English
