1. Description:
Recruitment Expert are also responsible for:
- Headhunt Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events (focus on level Manager and upper)
- Collaborate with BOD to set qualification criteria for future employees (focus on level Manager and upper)
- Make plan (build team) and create candidate source in Marcom/ICT field
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Track hiring metrics including timeto-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
2. Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruitment leader or similar role at least 1 year
- Handson experience with Marcom/ICT field
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook and other channels
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Team spirit
