OPERATION SPECIALIST

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Deploying the procedure of operation and human resources: recruitment, storage human resources record, internal operation.
• Deploying and performing buying activities, contract procedure, contractor list, cost bank, negotiate buying cost.
• Combining with Chief Operation Officer to build procedures, rules, form for both professional activities and general activities.
• Following, evaluating the internal human resources and inspecting the external human resources.
• Combining with the professional department to control the buying activities and debts.
• Working with relevant departments, observing the progress of contracts/agreements. Reporting with the manager about these problems: procedures, running progress, the progress of allotting the invoices and the money return.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• 3+ years’ proven experience in an operations management position
• Experience in assisting position is prefered
• Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control
• Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes
• Ability to flexible handle assigned tasks
• Good in English (both written and spoken)
• Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
