• Research and analyze business objectives and results of sales staff as well as the related departments
• Establish key objectives and results (OKR) for sales staff as well as the related departments
• Implement, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of established OKR.
• Implement other tasks as requirements of CEO

2. Job Requirement:

• Have experience in setting up, and supervising business objectives.
• Have experience in implementing OKR in the business.
• Be proactive, flexible and practical in working style.

3. Interests:
