1/ Job description:
Ensuring the maintenance of the cooperative relationship between the Agency and ADM
Ensure to maintain and boost sales
Research and analysis the potentials of Agencies
Collaborate with sales teams conduct surveys and market analysis contributes strategic planning and development of the potentials.
Looking for new sales promotion solutions
Resolve problems related to policies, contracts, push sales...
Research the organizational structure of Agency Unit
Identify Key Clients of Agencies
Work with Head of Agency to connect Account team and Planning team together
Evoke customers’ needs by building and developing Admicro image
Have experiences in equivalent position
Experienced in working with global agencies, understand some big agency models in Vietnam
Have a wide network agency and the good relationship with the agency is a plus
Team working skills, work well independently
There is a high sense of responsibility, initiative and flexibility in work
Able to work under pressure
Professional work environment, maximizing the capabilities of themselves, high opportunities for advancement.
Fixed salary + allowances for lunch, phone + bonus according to job performance.
